Gimo Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the Gimo Rewards app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to use our App. You may have only one Gimo Rewards account at a time. By using the App, you confirm you meet these requirements and have not been previously suspended or removed from our service.

3. How Our Service Works

Gimo Rewards is a cashback app that allows you to earn rewards by purchasing digital gift cards from our partner merchants. You earn cashback when you buy gift cards through our App, which can then be used for purchases with those merchants. Cashback rates, availability, and terms are subject to change at any time.

4. Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure

• Don't share your login credentials

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access

• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms

  
  

5. Gift Cards and Rewards

Gift Card Purchases:

• All gift cards purchased through our App are digital/electronic gift cards

• Gift cards are typically delivered instantly to your account after successful payment

• You are responsible for checking gift card expiration dates and terms

• Gift cards may have restrictions on products, services, or locations where they can be used

• Most gift cards sold through our App only work within the US

Gift Card Terms:

• All gift card sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law)

• Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be resold

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards

• Individual merchant terms and conditions apply to each gift card

• You must handle any disputes with merchants directly

Earning Cashback:

• Cashback is earned when you successfully purchase gift cards through our App

• Cashback rates vary by merchant and are displayed at time of purchase

• Cashback may take up to 90 days to be credited to your account

• We reserve the right to void cashback for fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or violations of these terms

• Minimum redemption amounts may apply ($15 minimum withdrawal)

Returns and Refunds:

• Gift card purchases are generally non-refundable

• If a refund is approved in exceptional circumstances, it may be subject to restocking fees

• Returns or exchanges of gift cards are subject to individual merchant policies

• We are not responsible for merchant-specific return policies or customer service issues

  
  

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the App for illegal purposes

• Create multiple accounts to abuse cashback offers

• Attempt to manipulate or circumvent the gift card or cashback system

• Share, transfer, or resell your account or gift cards purchased through the App

• Use automated tools, bots, or other unauthorized methods to make purchases

• Make purchases with intent to immediately return or cancel to collect cashback

• Engage in any fraudulent activity or abuse of our service

• Dispute transactions you initiated through the App with your financial institution

  
  

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. By using our App, you agree to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. App Store Terms

Downloads through app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) are also subject to those platforms' terms of service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimers

• The App and gift cards are provided "as is" without warranties

• We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation

• We are not responsible for merchant-specific issues, including gift card acceptance, technical problems, or customer service

• Cashback offers depend on our relationships with partner merchants and may change or end without notice

• We do not guarantee the availability of any specific gift cards or merchants

• Individual merchant terms and conditions apply to all gift card purchases and usage

  
  

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gimo Rewards LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

We may terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, unredeemed cashback may be forfeited, but valid unused gift cards will remain accessible according to their individual terms and expiration dates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by US federal law and the laws of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York State.

15. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from cashback earned through our App. You agree to provide us with any information we request in connection with applicable tax laws.at our Bot will be reinstated on the Discord platform, and we disclaim liability for any damages resulting from such removal.
